Our snap cases are made of polycarbonate (single layer protection). our tough cases are made of shock-absorbing TPU inside and polycarbonate outside shell (dual layer protection). Each case has a 2mm raised front lip for screen and camera protection. Additionally, our sophisticated process embeds images into the surface of the product, and protects them with a strong clear finish - the result is an image that is not on the product, but inside it, and protected from scratches, fading, wear, and damage.

Yes! We have free shipping for all orders above $40.
Shipping expenses depend on the country you live in. The price will be shown to you before submitting the purchase during the checkout process.
If you live in Europe, the shipping may take 3-10 business days. However, if you live across the ocean (USA, Canada, Australia...), it may take 7-12 business days for the parcel to reach you. Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons such as Christmas or other holidays, which may cause a slight delay during such period.
Absolutely! We want you to be in control of your order at all times. For that reason, once we ship your order we will send you a confirmation email with a link from which you will be able to track your order live. You can also find information of your shipping in "Track My Order". If you have any doubt about the delivery of your order or you need help, please contact us.

After strict QC procedures, orders are shipped from our facility in Budapest. Products that do not meet our quality standards are rejected and recreated, prior to leaving our warehouse center.
Every item is carefully produced individually after we receive the payment. As soon as your order has been processed in our logistics department you will receive a shipping confirmation mail from us (usually within 24-48 hours).
Returns & exchanges
It’s easy! Within 30 days of receiving your product, send us an email saying you’d like to return your item. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your product. Please read our policy here
Refunds and exchanges will take 5-7 business days to be processed after the item(s) have been received. You'll receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.

Yes! HYPNOISY phone cases do not break, prints do not fade or peel off. We’re totally comfortable that your phone case will serve its duty, that’s why every purchase you make is protected by 12 month international warranty.
Please understand our warranty only covers defects in materials or craftsmanship. Warranty does NOT cover: orders placed over 365 days ago, marked down or final sale items, or typical wear and tear damage (ex. scratches or dents). Our warranty covers replacements for the same item only.
