ORDERING

We accept all major credit cards, included Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and PayPal.

Discount Codes must be entered at the checkout page. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. Discount codes or gift cards must be applied at time of checkout. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
NOTE: Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

Simply email us at sales@thesmartoffer.com within 2 hours. Be sure to include your order number! If you would like to change your design, please also include the URL or name of the new design. Otherwise, if it is the device type, case type or color that you would like to adjust, please also let us know the details in email.

To be notified if an item is restocked: Enter your email address on the item’s page and click the “Notify Me” button.

If you order multiple products, they may come separately to ensure quicker delivery.

Yes, most of our orders can be cancelled within 2 hours for a full refund. In case of order modification, if at any time prior to your items shipping you wish to change your order or add products simply email us at sales@thesmartoffer.com

Yes, we deliver in all parts of the world. Please note that the delivery to remote zones can take more time that it was estimated. If you’re unsure if we ship to your location, please get in touch with us at info@thesmartoffer.com

Yes! We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you, allow 8 – 25 business days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order. Absolutely! When you place an order we will email you to let you know when it has been dispatched together with tracking details.

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.
