DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE ?

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you, allow 8 – 15 business days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order. CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Absolutely! When you place an order we will email you to let you know when it has been dispatched together with tracking details.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER?

Yes, most of our orders can be cancelled within 2 hours for a full refund. In case of order modification, if at any time prior to your items shipping you wish to change your order or add products simply email us at sales@thesmartoffer.com

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE’S IN WHEN MY PARCEL’S BEING DELIVERED?

Usually you should receive a calling card if no one is available to collect your parcel, it will then be sent to your local Post Office.

WILL MY PARCEL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Unfortunately, we have no control over custom and import charges, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.
